How it Works

Check out our detailed feeding guide and ingredient information to see exactly what goes into your pet’s bowl. When you're ready, visit the Shop tab to place your order.
Step 2:
On-Boarding Call
Our team will reach out to you within 24-48hrs between Monday & Friday for you to tell us about your pet, collect payment and to finalize delivery plans.
Step 3:
Delivered Fresh, Ready to Serve
We deliver every Tuesday and Friday and request that orders be placed at least 7 days in advance. Your pet’s meals arrive right at your doorstep—simply defrost and serve for a hassle-free feeding experience.

Q: Are your recipes formulated for all dog breeds and life stages?
A: Our recipes are suitable for all dog breeds but are currently formulated for adult dogs only. We’re working on puppy-specific recipes, which will be available soon!
Q: How should I transition my dog to Peak Pet Nutrition?
A: Transition guidelines are provided on the back of your food label to help ensure a smooth switch to our nutrition. You can also find the guide on our Products page.
Q: How can I use your product although I'm not switching my dog to a complete whole food diet?
A: There are many ways to incorporate our nutrition into your pet’s current diet. You can use it as a topper on kibble for added bioavailable ingredients, serve one whole-food meal per day, or keep a few packages in the freezer as a convenient backup for days when cooking isn’t an option.
Q: How long can I keep the gently cooked food in the freezer?
A: For optimal freshness, we recommend storing it in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Q: Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
A: We do not currently ship through mailing services. All orders are hand-delivered within Eagle County, CO. As we grow, we plan to expand our delivery areas and introduce convenient pick-up locations.
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will make it right. Your satisfaction and your pet’s health are our top priorities.
